Since the beginning of their formation, human societies have sought to create structures to organize their lives. And they experienced many methods to establish a good relationship between government institutions and citizens. Therefore, we can say that since the beginning of creation, humans have made a lot of efforts to satisfy their needs and transmit their messages and thoughts, and for this reason, they have tested various experiences. Therefore, communication has had a profound impact on their lives.
Talking about administration and how it communicates in group life, especially in society, makes sense when the process and structure of life is based on the system of citizenship and good governance. In this article, I will try to analyze a part of this process, which is organizational communication, and make it clear the process of the formation of organizational communication system in the Afghanistan after the fall of the first round of Taliban in 2001 and the establishment of the Bonn Summit. and which path has it taken and has it responded to the needs of our society during this period? or not.
